About the work

A restrained textured composition in which the surface is perceived as a trace of time and slow decay. Inclusions of gold mosaic show through the dense, almost weathered layer, turning the fracture into a point where light and meaning concentrate.

The work explores the fragile balance between loss and preservation, where value reveals itself precisely in the fragments that survive.
